His innovative vision and talent for identifying unmet needs influences modern, creative solutions and advances his and our ethos to help communities and individuals strive for improved social, psychological and physiological health and happiness.
Tuvi has founded, co-founded and held directorships in many companies including:

TO Health (formally Health-Smart), a UK company combining science, technology and clinical expertise for monitoring and improving health
Ultrasis Plc, a public company trading on the London Stock Exchange, responsible for developing and distributing world leading interactive online solutions for anxiety and depression
Sapiens International, trading on NASDAQ
Software Incubator, later acquired by JVP, responsible for creating a number of successful high-tech companies

Madeleine Craggs

Co-founder Trustee

Madeleine was Development Director of the Medical College of St Bartholomew’s Hospital (1984-1990) when she became involved in the pioneering work of The Department of Medical Electronics and the formation of Help2Help. Her role at Bart’s also engendered a keen interest in technology transfer, ‘start-up’ organisations and a belief in the power of the mind to contribute to ones’ health and well-being.

The remainder of her working life was then spent in a medical environment; firstly (1990-1997) as The Secretary of the Imperial Cancer Research Fund (now Cancer Research UK) and then as the Chief Executive and Registrar of the General Osteopathic Council (1997-Dec 2007). The latter was a newly created, statutory, body requiring establishment. So in both these roles Madeleine was able to utilise the skills and interests honed at Bart’s.

In her first career she was an officer in the Women’s Royal Army Corps (1975-1984). During this time she held 13 different appointments ranging from general management to policy development. Although now retired she still leads an active and social life and contributes to her local community through voluntary work. This has included being a Charity Trustee, a School Governor and an Independent Visitor to the custody cells of Police Stations.
